Two of the most important musical figures of the last 40 years, legendary rock icon PAT BENATAR and Guitarist/Producer/Husband extraordinaire NEIL GIRALDO, will deliver an unforgettable night of the greatest songs by one of the greatest female rock singers in history – performed by her Musical Genius partner of over 40 years.
Pat Benatar is singing and we highly recommend you going and singing along with her to all of her hits from the late 1970s to the 1980s. Her songs are “Love Is a Battlefield”, “Hit Me with Your Best Shot”, “We Belong”, “Heartbreaker” and “Shadows of the Night” to name a few. The four-time Grammy winner has sold over 36 million records around the world and is one of the most successful female rock singers of all time. She has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has received fifteen Grammy Award nominations. You can’t go wrong with taking the time to go and see this legendary female performer put on a great show of music and passion in a performance that will showcase her at the top of her game.
Pat Benatar's music is known for more then just her incredible voice. The back bone of her songs and live performances are the guitar parts created by her partner Neil Giraldo. As Benatar’s partner in life as well as in music, Giraldo has been producing and playing guitar for Benatar for over four decades. He is also a multi instrumentalist and often incorporates the sounds of a variety of different keyboards and even other instruments into the band’s live performances. Giraldo’s innovative musical arrangements, created alongside Benatar, have created the unique sound that is the library of work of these two singer-songwriter/guitarist/producer partners who have been together since 1979.
The Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater is a very intimate venue that holds a seating capacity that allows for a personal experience that most larger venues cannot match. The venue has several different seating areas, including reserved seats and a grassy area towards the back.
